Rain is beginning for the Central Coast, heavy at times through the overnight and windy.  S winds 15-25mph some gusts could top 40mph.  High surf advisory for 13-16ft break through Sunday.  Wind advisory for the SLO and SB mtns. through 3am Saturday morning.

Rain appears to be on the way for Friday late afternoon through Saturday afternoon.  That is when a cold front is expected to intersect the Central Coast, a few showers are possible before then however the bulk of the heavy rain is expected between 9pm Friday night through 6am Saturday morning.
