Beach clouds are stubborn but clear to partly cloudy elsewhere

It is not shocking to see the marine clouds hanging tough, the marine inversion (warm air over cold air) is very strong, more than 20 degrees. This is like a strong low cap which doesn’t allow the low clouds to go anywhere.
