Warm temperatures for first day of March, well into the 80s along Central Coast
By Connie Tran
A beautiful, sunny, and warm Friday ahead of us on the Central Coast. Breezy offshore winds and the well above normal temperatures will continue into the area through tomorrow. Enjoy the sunshine and warm temps, because by Sunday, a cooling trend moves in, bringing some cloudiness and cooler weather, which is expected to persist well into the new week.
The warm dry winds and the warming temperatures results in temperatures 10-15 degrees above normal on Friday. Many areas along the Central Coast will be in the 80s, with plenty of sunshine. Friday is expected to be the warmest day of this system.
By mid-week, we could see a chance of rain. It could come into the area at the earliest on Wednesday, but could lean into Friday.

You better be right on next week’s storm(s). Every one of them is important from that point on.
Otherwise, I’ll enjoy the two days of unseasonable warmth.
