Central Coast Marine Forecast
by KSBY Meteorologist Dave Hovde
A high pressure core about a thousand miles west of Seattle and a low pressure system created by the heat of the desert SW is the dominant wind flow generator through the middle of this week and it is not producing much as the pressure gradient is not great. The high pressure gets stronger by the end of the week to increase the NW Winds. Here is your Central Coast marine forecast:

Wedesday: Winds variable 10 kt or less. Wind waves 2 ft or less. Mixed swell NW 3 to 5 ft at 9 seconds and S 2 to 3 ft at 12 seconds. Patchy fog in the morning.
